Auto-ship Program
The Auto-ship Program is a convenient way to have your
replacement filter cartridges shipped directly to your
home, automatically. All that we require is a one-time
account registration
with us.
If you do not want to register for the Auto-ship Program
but would still like to be reminded of the replacement
times of your filter cartridges, we would be happy to
send you email reminders.
If you have already registered for the Auto-ship program, you may login to your account and quickly and conveniently update your account information.

Plus, you are automatically registered for a Lifetime Warranty that will cover your filter and all its parts for as long as you own it.
If I use less water than the amounts indicated on the chart, will my filter cartridge last longer than six months?
Due to potential bacteria growth, once the filter cartridge becomes wet, it must be replaced every six months, regardless of use.
