Warranty & Return Policies
Warranty
• All of our products include a 100 day warranty, with the exception of the EQ-300. The EQ-300 comes with a 1-year warranty, if installed by a licensed plumber.
• If your product is found to be defective or damaged within the warranty period, please call us at (877) 270-2677.
Return Policy
• We offer an unconditional, 30-day money-back guarantee (less the cost of shipping and handling).
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order.
• Requests must be made by emailing: contact@aquasanastore.com with either your order number or full billing name.
Canceling Order
• All orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping.
• Cancellations must be made by emailing contact@aquasanastore.com.
• If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
Sales Tax
• All orders shipped to addresses within the state of Utah will be charged with a sales tax of 6.6% of the total order. Sales tax does not apply to other orders.
